If you haven’t received an email, it means your gallery isn’t available yet. Hang tight, your photos are on the way!
If you still can’t see your photos after the event, you can contact us for technical help.

Event Photography

SportsPix will be photographing on the following days:
Day 2: Tuesday 25th November - Koroit Loop Ride
Day 3: Wednesday 26th November - Koroit to Port Campbell
Day 4: Thursday 27th November - Port Campbell Loop Ride

We’ll meet you at the Port Fairy Gardens Oval lunch stop on Day 2.

Photos will be uploaded to your personal gallery overnight after each day of photography.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email after the event to inform you when all the photos have been uploaded.

Upload times depend on internet speed, which can cause delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control the upload speed, particularly in rural areas.

You’ll be notified via email each day that photos are matched to your private gallery.
You’ll also receive an email once all photos from the ride have been uploaded.
Ordering

Photos will be uploaded to your personal gallery overnight after each day of photography.
You can order then, or wait until the end of the ride so you can select from all the photos taken of you.

Depending on your preference, you can buy printed photos in various styles or digital files.
You can use the link sent to you to view your gallery and product options during the ride without ordering. You can go back anytime and place an order.

For security reasons, you can only order using the link sent to you via SMS.
If you have lost the link please contact us at hello@sportspix.com.au.
Once you are in your gallery, select your favourite photos and the products you like the best.

You can order your photos as soon as you receive your first email or wait until the end of the event to select from all the images taken of you.
You will receive an email notifying you once all photos from the ride have been uploaded.
You can place an order anytime, but please note that free postage is only available for a limited period. -
If you order any prints before the cut-off date, you will receive free postage to your nominated address within Australia.
We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on any orders.
